Sloping and bush sites
Many Anglesea blocks are steep and set among bush. Our designs deal with retaining, cut and fill, and footings that suit the slope and the soil report. Where the building is in a bushfire prone area, the structure is detailed to work with the construction requirements of the site's bushfire attack level (BAL) assessment.
Stormwater drainage and civil
Stormwater drainage plans and site levels for new houses, units and extensions, connected to the legal point of discharge set by council, plus driveways, pavements and site grading. On sloping sites the drainage is designed with the retaining walls and cut so water is kept away from footings.
